Good online auction, there are bikes, cars, tv ect
Bad Service and attitude. It was like they were doing me favour. It has taken 10 days to be able to speak to a person re listing goods for sale. Grays seem to have no regard for customer service. I called one of their competitors and one phone was all that was needed and goods all booked in ready to go. Done in ten minutes.
This review is for Grays Online & their WA warehouse in Jandakot. I have been buying from Grays for several years now, & I've become increasingly wary of doing so. Their customer service & accuracy of inventory has become lacklustre. Expect lengthy wait times for pick up at their Jandakot warehouse. My most recent last two visits, I've waited approximately 20mins both times, only to be informed in these last two consecutive visits, that one item from each sale had suddenly become not available, for no given reason.
