I won an item on Monday 22/12, and according to the description it must be collected within 5 business days. Taking into account the two days of Christmas closure, I decided to collect the item on Monday 29/12. Extremely disappointed with Grays Auction. They completely wasted my time — no clear communication, unprofessional handling, and overall a frustrating experience. I won’t be dealing with them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Great customer service and happy staff all around. The lady at reception is absolutely amazing and super friendly.
Bought 2 vehicles that ended up having engine issues, not worth trying for any low-medium budget cars, you end up spending more or loosing everything all together. Little due diligence is conducted to ensure quality or appropriate description of vehicle.
