Brought in a car to sell at Grays , after the car sold , Grays still holding my money for a month now . No one can give me answers when they release the money. Disappointed with communication. I am seeking legal advice on this matter.
I have had very bad experiences with Grays Auctions. I purchased a total of 7 vehicles from them. One major issue involved a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (Lot ID: 0001-9052391). After transporting it from Perth to Port Hedland and spending significant money on repairs, I discovered the odometer had been altered, making the vehicle illegal to register. I purchased a vehicle from Greys Perth. As soon as I drove away from the auction with the vehicle after 15min the car started to over heat and could not be driven and needed a tow truck. The description of the vehicle never mentioned any mechanical issues.
