uncaring, impersonal staff, too expensive I brought my dog in because his carpal foot pad was swollen. The Vet told me he didn't know what it was caussed by, gave me some antibiotics and sent us home. It got larger so I brought him back. He took a biopsy to send to a lab and said he would call me with the results. A week went by then two. I called but no results. The receptionist said she would have the Vet call me. Negligent and Rude If I could give zero stars I would. I adopted a heartworm positive dog and had to work with this vet because of their partnership with the rescue group otherwise our first (of 7) visits would have been our only one. If you care at all about your pets, don't ever take them to this vet. They are awful, and I am enormously happy that I do not ever have to deal with forgetful doctors and assistants with attitudes again. Great Vet for small animals! I've used this animal hospital for 8 years for my cats and dog. When I was shopping around for a vet, this was the third vet I had tried and they offered the best care for the money. I've been very satisfied with their ability to squeeze me in if I've had a problem with one of my pets and the care has been wonderful.
Very Sympathetic I have been going to Grayson Veterinary for several years. Dr. Tolliver was very caring when my cat of 14 years was diagnosed with cancer. She was not doing well overall so he prescribed some meds that had her rally for a few more months and he called me on a regular basis to check on her. I really appreciated the care and concern and when it was time to put her down, the staff was very helpful and kind. I even received a sympathy card.
Great veterinarian I have been a client for 9 years. The staff and vets at this clinic are wonderful. I have been very pleased with the service.
Great value and great care! I have been using Grayson Veterinary Hospital for many years and have always received the best care for my animals as well as many foster animals. Their advice is honest, accurate and they don't try to "drain your wallet" by way of your heart as I have experienced at other clinics. Grayson has managed to keep vet care affordable while maintaining excellent standards.
take great care of my pets! I have been taking my dogs and cats here for years and they have gotten nothing but the best care. There are several doctors here so there is always somebody who can squeeze you in if you have an emergency.
Worst Ever!!!!! Dr. Tolliver is the most incompetant vet I have ever seen. He has never been able to diagnose any of my dogs I had taken there. He had to call UGA for help, got instuctions on what to give the dog, but went to lunch first, because he was hungry,and when he came back Andy was dead. Still had to pay $900 for a dead dog. He's "out to lunch" alright.
