I had the pleasure of working with Grayson Sewer and Drain Services recently for a catch basin repair and fixing some broken pipes and I couldn't be more impressed. My kitchen drain was clogged up, the drain pipe broke at the floor in basement. Contacted Grayson online, they responded quickly and I set up an appointment for an estimate. Upon Grayson arrival and while using the rodding camera for the pipe inspection Jeremy was very informative with the work that I would need. I felt comfortable with his knowledge of the job. My grandmother needed work asap. Jeremy was able to check things out in less than an half hour. He was informative and easy to talk to. The work ended up being a big job but it was worth it. Everything was done in a timely manner and my grandmother was pleased. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The issue they “resolved”, and charged more than initially quoted, re-occurred a month later. They would not provide any pricing leniency to account for this. We have this sink drain backup issue annually. hydro jetting the pipes is the remedy and it always is good for a year. Used Grayson because of the lower price and the work they did lasted a month and a half. I will be going back to our old vendor.
