Very thorough, good communication, on time and on schedule. Happy with the final product as well as the process. This was my first experience with mold remediation and JC was great at walking me through the process and what I could do to contain the space in the meantime to keep my family safe. The price was little higher than the other quotes I got however Grayson Restoration was the only company that came out and inspected the site before providing a quote. Did the moisture test, had it all dried up in a couple days and Grayson Restoration one of the few companies that will install the replacement pad and put the carpet back down.
