I don’t leave negative reviews, but today’s experience left me so disappointed that I feel other parents deserve to know what happened. If you are black find another place to take your black children !! I went to get my daughter ears pierced today, walked in no greeting or nothing. No indication that my daughter was checked in or nothing. So 2 minutes later a white lady walked in the receptionist stopped typing greeted her and checked her child in and proceeded to continue what she was doing. So far we’ve had a good run with nurse practitioner Shannon Phillips. She’s amazing, but we’ve been waiting for my daughter’s prescription to be sent in for ever a week now. Of course it’s not her fault that the doctor has not signed the prescription, but having to wait over a week is insane. Whoever, the doctor is needs to do better. It takes two seconds to sign a document. I am definitely considering to take my children elsewhere.
