So far we’ve had a good run with nurse practitioner Shannon Phillips. She’s amazing, but we’ve been waiting for my daughter’s prescription to be sent in for ever a week now. Of course it’s not her fault that the doctor has not signed the prescription, but having to wait over a week is insane. Whoever, the doctor is needs to do better. It takes two seconds to sign a document. I am definitely considering to take my children elsewhere.
Been taking our daughter here since we moved here and I really do love the city of Monroe and I love all of the care staff to take care of us. They are so nice and accommodating. For her birthday they got her a book and she’s obsessed with books.
We have been with them for 6 months now and have been very happy with the care my daughter receives.
Finding the right pediatrician for your child is never easy, but I can confidently say that Grayson Pediatrics of Monroe has been nothing short of incredible for our family. I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my daughter’s care. My daughter has autism, and the level of understanding, patience, and compassion they show her means more to me than I can put into words.
