The entire place is full of d.r Horton “new home!!”, “new homes this way!!” signs every 10 feet, making the whole neighborhood look like trash and the builders have 0 respect for residents… as I write this there are literally d.hr Horton builders blaring music with a base so loud I can feel it from a worksite 10 houses down. (And this is typical 6-7 days a week, all day long/ evening). If you come to visit a house, I’d recommend touring the whole neighborhood to see what you have to look forward to

I moved to Grayson Park last summer. As with newly built house, I had some questions to the building team and sales staff. I was very pleased with immediate responses and a great deal of help from everyone.
