The management staff is very kind and helpful. I was specifically impressed with bianca and how she was able to identify my issues and provide solutions. The environment is pleasant, well kept and manicured. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for someone place to stay. Dont hesitate to fill out an application.

I scheduled an apartment tour for 9:30 AM and arrived 15 minutes early. The office was completely closed, even though the hours posted on the door say they open at 8:30 AM. By the time my scheduled appointment came around, no one had shown up and there was no communication or explanation. If you’re going to require appointments, the least you can do is be there on time or let prospective residents know if there’s a delay. This was a disappointing first impression and doesn’t inspire confidence in how the property is managed.

Worst place! They never answers the phone, they are never at the office. They charge for visitors to park!!! $6.50 just to park if you visit family or friends. Mind you its south Irving. They don’t even have a sign saying they charge to park in visitors neither did they tell tenants about it.
