My first time going to the office was crazy. When I left the receptionist tried to charge me $30 for my copay, and I told her it was 20, she said that they always charged $30 for Humana so I paid. I didn't argue with her when my car pulled it up showed it. It was $20 she didn't say anything. She just gave me back my money and no apologies or anything.. If you are poor and on a tight Budget,do not come to this place,the nurse who in charge on the billing department are look down at you!is not the doctor it is the nurse who speak with me without any respectfully manners!
Dr. Gremillion & his staff are awesome. I feel he is going above & beyond to figure out my medical condition & to get it resolved.
This is the BEST ENT place to visit for your illness. Dr. Charles Gremillon is by far the best doctor who will listen and takes the time to thoroughly exam you. He is very honest and friendly doc. The staff are wonderful too! Dr. Gremillon has resolved my sinus issues.
