I purchased on 1/17 and was told my order would ship the week of 2/3 with shipping taking 2 weeks. That means the earliest delivery should be 2/17 and the latest should be on 2/21 according to their time frame. I emailed the week of 2/3 (on 2/4) and did not hear a response so I emailed once again on 2/11. I called and no one answered as well.
