The staff is very nice
2nd time in a row this has happened. I show up for labs 15 minutes before my appointment an hour later I'm still sitting there. They even asked me if I wanted to reschedule for labs! I drove 40 minutes one way to get there. I got passed up by 6 other guys. This place should be shut down its a disgrace. I just left.
Very unhappy with this clinic and how its ran. Doctors do not have the equipment and or medication available. My husband is 100% disabled and has been in pain for 2 months, he can barely walk and we were told he has to do PT AGAIN; He is NOT Living the quality of life he should be. Very disappointed in the VA
I have never had a bad experience at any VA. From Orlando FL, Lincoln NE to Clarkson KY. I've always been well taken care of. And respected.
