WHEN LOOKING TO MOVE HERE, READ THE REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE ACTUALLY LIVED AT GRAYSON FOR LONGER THAN A SEMESTER! If I could give 0 stars I 100% would. I cannot begin to explain the problems my roommates and I have experienced with this place. If you are a college student looking for college living go somewhere else to live! When we first moved in a lot of stuff was broken and the paint job was awful like most college living. However, after many maintenance request, the dryer never worked correctly, our electrical bill was way too high and never worked correctly bc it never kept temperature right. Although the units are cute and spacious and the events they hold are fun, it doesn’t make up for what I experienced during my lease here. Most of the issues that my roommates and I encountered were maintenance related. I think we probably made around 35 or so maintenance requests throughout our entire stay. I think about five of them were related to my shower, which just straight up wouldn’t work half the time when I first started living there. I would really think a lot before you decided to live here. I wouldn’t put anything up on your walls because they’ll charge each one of you individually an absurd amount to just paint over the spots.
This is the fifth day with no internet, and management has done nothing to fix it and has no idea when it will be resolved. The roads within the complex have many large potholes - terrible for trsidents' cars. The garbage bin area smells bad and left open, attracting wild animals.
