Would not give even 1 star but no zero rating. Biggest mistake was putting my Dad there. Very bad place 😕
Excellent family owned business. My mom loves it there. Caring staff. During the recent ice storm the owners worked tirelessly to make sure the residents had heat, electric and roads clear to make sure staff and if needed EMT could get there.
Friendly helpful and hard working staff. Could use another staff during day and night. But the ones there do really good. The 1 extra for day and night could help make things smoother even though those ladies work thier butts off already. They are talked to like dogs by some elderly but still respond nicely. I heard this a couple doors down personally. Kind workers and owners.
