This is second time that I used Gray's Automotive. First time they fixed my Land Rover and could have charged me much more but didn't. I thought it was a starter bad but just a bad switch wire. The second time they fixed my Infiniti very quickly. I will definitely use them in the future very professional.
Great company to deal with. I had my timing belt belt and water pump with 100,000 mile service done for half the price of the dealer and about a quarter of the cost i was quoted from two other shops. Robert the mechanic was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I recommend them now to everyone I know.
Worse company ever! Never use these people. We recently found out that our dirt bike that was stolen 4 years ago has been found by King George Police dept, they used this company to get our dirt bike, once we were notified about it this company wants us to pay $400 to get back what was stolen from our property. We tried explaining the situation and were willing to pay the tow of $150, but this heartless company will not consider what would be fair to someone that had nothing to do with it being there. Recently had a wheel bearing go bad on the way to work. Grey's was able to repair vehicle back to service with in hours. Very accommodating.
