Angel the owner is extremely rude and does not stand by her word. My truck needed repairs and paint from an auto accident. There are several holidays in the paint where it needed at least one more coat. The paint that was coated enough had "orange peel." Took my truck back Donnie said he would fix it but needed the truck over night. Angel assured me she would get me a minivan rental and take care of it. We have had so many schedule conflicts when trying to take care of it and now she refuses to get me a rental and claims it ... read more
I picked up my van today and am very pleased with the work Grays did on my van after I hit a deer. The individualized customer service is awesome! I was kept up to date via text and all of my questions were answered immediately.
A few weeks ago, my 18-year old was backing up in our big SUV which has a trailer hitch on the back, and he backed into our 2002 BMW 325CI. When he pulled forward the trailer hitch took the Beemer's entire bumper assembly with it!! Got a quote for about $2,300 at another shop here in Clanton, but then stopped by Grays and they quoted just under $2K to do the same repair PLUS a small touchup job on an old ding on the rear passenger quarter panel. They did an amazing job with my f350! The custom paint they helped me pick out really change the look of my truck always willing to help me!
Had a minor fender bender with my Allegro in early January. The fiberglass took a beating on the front end. Took it to Grays because they were the only ones that could get the coach back to me in less than a month. They actually did it in 3 weeks which included all the insurance claims done by Angela. As can be seen by the before and after pictures, they did a great job. Very happy with their work.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The work was completed ahead of schedule. My car looks great.I couldn't be happier with their service.
