Was recommended Gray's by a friend and decided to go with them for a new 2 stage AC last year. After the installation, I noticed a few issues. The unit was not properly sealed in the house, and it was not also properly dehumidifying. The Delta T also did not seem to be in the recommended ideal range. I called Gray's and the owner came out and properly sealed the unit but forgot his tools and was not able to check my other concerns and suggested I setup a service appointment.
