Brought my brand new boat there for winter storage. The boat was brand new and had less than 30 hours on it. Had my boat motor repaired there many times now. Turn around times are alway very quick and prices are even better. Always a great experience.
Very accommodating and reasonable. Shoots straight and won’t sell you on stuff you don’t need. I keep my pontoon boat here and they take great care of the old girl
Battled all day with a boat that wouldn’t start and no one could get me in as its the busiest time of year. Grays also couldnt get me in but the fella there said I could bring the boat by and he would take a quick look for me. He poked around and said it is most likely my starter, told me how to get it out and where I could get a new one. Sure enough that was the issue. I was feeling hopeless all day and that reassurance was huge for me. Thank you!
