If you were dieing and needed to speak to someone urgently it wouldn't happen. I've been trying to get a hold of Habor Imaging for a week now because I need an mri on my lower back for the state. They need someone on the phones so people can set up apps when needed.
Staff is great. My appointment was on time
I went in to get an X-ray for my shoulder so I had to get a shot in my shoulder, then they sent me to send my back to the lobby so the shot can circulate and I was sitting there for almost 30 minutes and no call back to get the X-ray done I was told it will be 5 minutes and the worker to do the X-ray came out and asked the front desk lady (she’s the older one) the lady said I don’t know I think she left and proceeded to call me on my phone. They get a one star for communication! Today is the 3rd time I have called them to make an apt, and again left a message after them calling me and leaving me one 1 week ago to call back and make an apt.
A radiologist here sent me a letter telling me that my breast issue was probably benign and to come back in six months. This was despite the fact that I had already been on two doses of antibiotics for a total of seventeen days and the fact that my breast was still swollen three times its normal size.It was all red and had orange peel, looking skin.Around the areola.
