A radiologist here sent me a letter telling me that my breast issue was probably benign and to come back in six months. Very rude to patients for no reason! I called to make an appointment for X-rays. The man answering the phone told me in a rude, sullen tone that I didn’t need one, as if I should have known it was a walk-in service and was dumb to not know. I called to follow up on the results of my X-rays, and the woman snapped at me that they don’t provide results over the phone. I said I already had the results, I just wanted to talk to the radiologist about them. She then kept snapping that I needed to talk to my primary care provider. S... read more
I’m sure the actual Diagnostic services are just fine but I had a terribly difficult time with the scheduling department. No one seemed to be on the same page, different responses from staff. I finally went to the office in person to try to schedule my MRI and the staff had me pick up their phone to speak with someone?? Two weeks of wasted time. I had my Drs office transfer my paperwork/authorization to South Sound Radiology and my MRI was done three days later.
The guy answering the main phone line was rude and acted like I was stupid for not knowing X-rays were a walk-in service and didn’t require an appointment. However, the woman at the front desk was kind and friendly. I didn’t wait for too long before being called to the back for my X-rays, and those were also done quickly.
Great staff. Very kind and patient.
