Not a regular mammogram but a diagnostic one. Dawn, the technician was fantastic!!! She explained everything to me, let me look at the images she took versus the last one I had and went over them so thoroughly. Radiologist on site to review pictures. Thankfully I didn't need any other testing. Thanks to all of you!!!
They need a designated person to answer the phone and schedule patients, not just let it go to answering machine.
Their scheduling department needs some work. I’ve called them every day for the last week and have left messages for a call back to reschedule an MRI I’m supposed to have tomorrow. No call back, even after leaving voicemails and leaving messages with an actual person to have scheduling call me back. I understand they may be busy and I know they just recently started using a new system…but still completely unacceptable.
Horrible, worst hospital I have ever experienced im my 42 years of life. This is my second time at this hospital. The first time I spent 18hrs in the ER. This time over 4 hrs for an appointment that should be at most 2hrs. If an appointment is going to be longer than the prescribed time, maybe inform the patients.....and if you are short staffed then stop accepting patients!!!!!!!!
