Is there a place to give negative to ZERO stars!!! This lady is the absolute worse business lady. She's overly priced, charging you $10 to use her Dollar Tree vases. She charged me for GARBAGE and poorly made alterations. Her sewing room is an absolute mess. She can hardly stay on task with her work and conversations from her eyes being glued on the TV. Front venue is very nice, but pricey. The back venue is big, also pricey, and could use updates to the floor, and openly visible insulation ceiling. She needs to clean the dr... read more
Parking is terrible, but the inside of venue is very nice!!!
I had my daughter baby shower at this facility. Customer service was the absolute WORST. The owner was very rude and disrespectful. She wouldn't let the children play, followed the guest around, and was late getting there but rushed us out. The building was nice. But the customer service was poor. My son-in-law left his speaker there. Her and her son said that they put it in a room where the guests weren't allowed, but when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it. I wasn't offered anything for it, not even an apology.

This is the most accurate review you are going to read. I tried to book a venue for a party. Upon visiting the place, I noticed there was a lot of clutter due to the fact Ms Erma has a sewing shop. Second and most important thing to read, Ms Erma was EXTREMELY RUDE to myself and my mother for no reason whatsoever. I tried to be pleasant to her despite her attitude but it wasn’t working.
