I had my daughter baby shower at this facility. Customer service was the absolute WORST. The owner was very rude and disrespectful. She wouldn't let the children play, followed the guest around, and was late getting there but rushed us out. The building was nice. But the customer service was poor. My son-in-law left his speaker there. Her and her son said that they put it in a room where the guests weren't allowed, but when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it. I wasn't offered anything for it, not even an apology.

This is the most accurate review you are going to read. I tried to book a venue for a party. Upon visiting the place, I noticed there was a lot of clutter due to the fact Ms Erma has a sewing shop. Second and most important thing to read, Ms Erma was EXTREMELY RUDE to myself and my mother for no reason whatsoever. I tried to be pleasant to her despite her attitude but it wasn’t working. We celebrated my auntie's 80th birthday here. It was sooooo spacious, and nobody was sitting on top of each other. There was so much space for everything. For the food, the DJ, the dessert area, and the dance floor. The ower is very nice and helpful and she's also a funny lady. They were very nice. There's a kitchen area and a bathroom all in the same room. I would very likely recommend having any event here. Trust me, you'll love how spacious it is.
