Gray’s Custom Fencing did an outstanding job removing our old, failing fence and putting in beautiful, sturdy fence in its place. We were so pleased with the workmanship and timeliness of the job. The gates were completed just the way we wanted and have been working perfectly throughout all types of weather. We would definitely recommend their work to anyone.
Grays fencing gave a complete estimate and finished the work accurate to their estimate. Workers were polite and respectful. Showed up on time and completed the work and left the area neatly. We would use them. Very satisfied
Team arrived at the date and time they said they will start the job. Worked efficiently without our supervision. They completed the job and after we had a "little" issue, they were out here asap to make it right. We were/ are very satisfied and happy with the workmanship and quality of their completed job. Customer service is horrible. Faced a lawsuit because John decided it was not important enough to help resolve the matter of a fence build regarding a simple solution to mediate with a little altering which he agreed to. Having email documentation stating that he would guarantee that he would do a specific build, and he did not. All I needed was a little support to resolve the matter, and he just left me on read with no response and at my responsibility settling to pay 4000.00 with no help from John.
