We have used this business in the past, maybe about 10 years ago. Service was WONDERFUL then, Now!!! May 16, 2021, COMMUNICATION HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!!!! We were told different stories on the phone regarding "pick up,,,. return". different stories on the phone. it was never communicated to us as to time, (It was horrible!!!, the poor guys who work for them just showed up!!) And as much as my husband and I kept calling and asking about when our beautiful ORIENTAL RUG would be taken care of.... the person answering the call just li... read more

Yes Mrs *** *****has had this particular oriental rug here before for cleaning. When we picked up the rug on the 10th of may for cleaning we advised her of a mold spot on the back of the rug. When we looked closer upon arrival at our plant, we noticed that mold spot had rotted out the rug. To keep from loosing the material when being cleaned we called and told her we could patch the spot to reinforce as best we could. We had several miss communications about delivery.
