Poor communication, I went elsewhere.
This place is the best! Honest mechanic. And always the best price. I've never had any issues with anything I've had done here. Quality work. And they're nice and friendly people. I love this place and plan on taking my car here anytime I need something.
Gray’s is the BEST!!! I recently moved from Chicago and needed a mechanic to repair my alternator. Being a female who is naive when it comes to car repairs, I was worried that I was going to end up being taken advantage of- but Mike was amazing! He explained everything to me, gave me different pricing options, and had my car up and running again the next day!! If you’re in the Carmel/Indianapolis area- do not hesitate to go here!
