I REFERRED SEVERAL PPL TO JOHN WITH NO HESITATION, I GO GET A RADIATOR REPLACED AND HE NEVER CALLED TO GET MY CONSENT TO PUT THE RADIATOR IN. HE JUST PUT IT IN MY TRUCK CALLED AND SAID YOU OWE $600 BUCKS!!!! FOR A RADIATOR!!!! DIDNT CALL TO ASK WAS I GOING TO HAVE HIM REPLACE IT OR NOTHING!!! THIS SHOP HAS REALLY GOTTEN BAD OVER TIME!!!!
