There seems to be a lot "victim" reviews here. I'll tell you my experience as a Hispanic person. I have been to this store at least 7 times now. Here is what to expect so you don't feel like the "victim". If you're looking for customer service. You will NOT find it here. First time there great deals
I recently purchased an item from this store, and within 5 minutes of buying it, I noticed one part was missing. I asked if I could pick up the missing piece since they had stock available, but they flatly refused. Just because I informed them immediately after purchase, they denied my request. This is totally frustrating. I will never prefer to go there again. I dropped item their and said keep it, not useable for me.
