I have rapelled from Grays Arch, and the scenery is unforgettable. My classmates and friends from the University of Kentucky invited me on a field trip to Red River Gorge in March of 1994. I had never rapelled from a height or geological structure like Grays Arch. The Spring weather was amazing, the scenery was tranquil, and the rapelling was inspirational.
