Gray’s Arch is beautiful. Lots of sand all around to help keep you from slipping. Totally recommend checking it out if you are either doing Gray’s Arch Loop or Rough Trail #221!
This place was awesome! Highly recommend! I do not recommend bringing small children or animals on this hike, ESPECIALLY ON A WARM/HOT day. Going down is super easy but coming back is full on uphill and has a handful of stairs. Its an return and makes you second guess if it was worth it (it was). I saw a lot of doggos struggling and it was in the 70s so please keep that in mind and bring them water if you do bring them. I highly recommend this for active individuals!

This trail offers it all—bridges, flowing water, unique rock formations, towering trees, and beautiful wildflowers—all leading to a breathtaking arch! One thing to note: the trail distance seems inconsistent across reviews. Our round-trip trek measured just over 5.5 miles, though different starting points may account for the variations. Just be prepared to walk further than the signs say. We struggled to find the Arch along with many others we spoke to on the trail. We did find a view from across a canyon but not the path underneath it. It's still
