We hired GrayRock to do everything to get our RTM home set up. They took care of everything and hiring all the sub-contractors to get the job done. Gray-Rock was very responsive, honest and they did a very good job. The work they did was superb. I am so happy that we hired this company. They had our best interest at heart throughout the entire process.

Lack of communication and accountability. On the day of previously arranged arrival with equipment/operator, phone calls at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00 a.m. as to their arrival time were unanswered. Drive the 1/2 hr. into Pincher Creek to find out what's going on, the two employees did not know nor were able to contact the owner.
