They only have to notify you within the 30 days of what you’re being charged for if it pertains to a deposit. Very frustrating to have a basketball/tennis court for kids and adults…. Just to have it taken over by dogs that can’t be kept on a leash. The rules on the fence specifically say no pets…. It’s unfortunate to have children under 2, and not be able to take them to a place they should be welcomed, because of inconsiderate people who can’t keep animals on a leash. I ask my garage door to be reprogrammed because I lost my remote 2022 and my comic books went missing. I only found out today 2024 because I decided to clean my garage to make room for my second car, all my vinyl were removed out of their case set. They left my baseball cards that was worth nothing all over the place 😒 😤
