I moved into Graymayre 7/2023. The property is well maintained and always kept clean. It’s quiet, safe and conveniently located near shopping (Winco/Walmart/Target/etc). We love using the indoor pool year round and the outdoor basketball court. Ruben and Shelby in the front office are kind, very responsive and present on the property. They know everyone by name. It’s a great place to call home.
They set up a showing for a 1 bedroom unit then while im in the car to go they call me letting me know they dont have a unit to show and dont have any single bedrooms that will be available around the dates we discussed for move in.
Read your lease VERY carefully and get ready for ridiculous charges at move out. You also won’t receive your final bill for MONTHS after move out because instead of deposits, they just charge super high admin fees at move in. They only have to notify you within the 30 days of what you’re being charged for if it pertains to a deposit. Fees don’t have a timeline, so they can take as much time as they need to find every tiny little thing to bill you for. Very frustrating to have a basketball/tennis court for kids and adults…. Just to have it taken over by dogs that can’t be kept on a leash. The rules on the fence specifically say no pets…. It’s unfortunate to have children under 2, and not be able to take them to a place they should be welcomed, because of inconsiderate people who can’t keep animals on a leash.
