The staff and diagnostic team were kind and very helpful when my family needed them the most. The professional manner of the folks there made it easy to get the help we needed at a very hard time. Would highly recommend
Poor/unprofessional customer service. My order got put on backorder and they didn't communicate the delay in shipment. Customer service was unwilling to help or make an attempt to fix their mistake, and treated me like I was the one that screwed up the order.
