I love the products but customer service is really lacking. Can never seem to get anyone on the phone and when I leave a message to get a call back, I never hear anything. So I guess if you are OK without needing support, they are good. However can't say good things if you have to get a question answered.

The work they do is top notch, that's the best I can say. It took me 8 months to get my weapon back. Communication is almost nonexistent. I'm due a shipping refund from UPS. The shipper (Grey Guns) has to file it. Its been 2 months now and I still can't get a response. I love the trigger on my weapon, but it's not worth the hassle. Update. Purchased a holster for my legion 226. The holster did not fit the weapon. I was charged a restock. This will be my final dealing with GGI.

Just got my p220 back, had GG do full action job with no stone unturned. Springs, srt, guide rod, ramp polish, and slide release pass angle changed all to the competition standard I'd expect from GGI. Thanks guys it's great

Amazing work! Could never trust another team. However, you guys dropped off the face of the earth in terms of presence. As of around Feb/Mar Facebook/Twitter/Instagram etc are all GG no shows. I use to look forward to the random things you all would share. Now it's like you have fallen prey to the "big pants" corporate bug. Sad :-( Or...blink 3 times if you're in trouble!!
