The owners are very sweet people and he did a great job at our house. He had our power outage fixed in less than 10 minutes and fixed multiple broken outlets for us.
Had him come out and install a breaker and a quick disconnect. He didn’t tell us how much he was going to charge then charged over $300 to put these parts on and a $75 fee to make a 20 minute drive to get the part. Pretty ridiculous.
Scheduled an appointment, nobody showed up. Called back, technician said he knocked on the door and even tried calling me. I had the door open with the screen door closed, no knock also had no missed calls from technician
The work was fine but the price was outrageous. I didn’t ask the price because it was just an outlet install that took them 20 mins,but I should have. I called 4 other electricians and those guys were 40% higher than the next highest price I was given.
