We used Gradie Welding on two occasions. Each time they arrived as scheduled, were extremely courteous, and most important did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!
I contacted Graydie Welding during the process of building our patio to ask about handrails and the fact that upon completion of the first phase of the project, I would need the next phase done quickly due to my parents needing handrails to get in and out of the house. Superb responsiveness. Great work. I sent pictures via text and the office staff was super helpful. I picked out styles I liked from the many pictures on their website. Mike came to check our steps to see how he could be sure to install a sturdy railing. Came back one week later and they look great!
I will preface this by saying the railing that was installed seems sturdy. However, it is not the one we wanted! I coordinated a railing installation on behalf of my parents. Everything was done through text, so there was little room for miscommunication. I was quite specific about the railing my parents wanted and the color (even confirmed our decision through a picture they provided as an example).
