Customer service is terrible! A patio door was ordered by our contractor it was in incorrect size. Grayco nor Andersen would take it back. Hardware was missing and they ordered it and told us 10-14 days to get it in. Our main patio door has no lock now! The screen was the wrong color and we were told it was on a regular truck for the correct color. Whatever that means! Worst service ever.

Great experience at Grayco in Bluffton, SC the other morning! Jeff could not of been more helpful and went out of his way to help me.. I never experienced this level of service any where before! I rarely write reviews but Jeff deserves a huge thank you!! He's a great example of what customer service should be!!!

Have never in my 35+ years working luxury yachts and estates EVER had this much trouble dealing with a company. No follow up, no call backs, no apologies, and rude upper level staff when trying to get an answer; resistance with honoring warranty, impossible to get parts (3 months now waiting for "rep" to contact). Use any other company for your building needs, just not Grayco.
