No one ever answers the phone when I call, difficulty signing in at the kiosk computer and several time I could not even sign in and I I ended up leaving because the receptionist refused to check me in herself. I have talked to several friends who have had the same disappointing experience that I had at Graybill. I haven't been able to see my doctor in almost 2 years because of this. Time to move on I guess : (
