Very efficient at getting my appraisal done
Last year when we decided to sell our rental property without the cost of a Realtor commission, we did not know the market value of homes in Tuslaw School district. We contacted Aaron J ("AJ") at Graybill Appraisal Services. He provided a thorough study of comparable homes in the neighborhood and gave advice, which led us to establish a sales price many more thousands than we would have asked on our own. And the property sold at his recommended sales price very quickly. I really respect his work, and "AJ" as a person.
Aaron at Graybill appraisal did an incredible job in determining a fair value for my home..From the detailed pictures to the 37 page appraisal report that was meticulously well written was extremely helpful.I give Aaron and Graybill Appraisal my highest recommendation.

He spent the time needed to put together an appraisal for our lender and we were extremely satisfied with his service and expertise.
