A guy named Jermaine talked with me about 1:20 on 3/25/25. He was very rude and said that he cannot sell us a switchgear package. I was trying to give him the info he needed, but he was just being rude. Not what I expect from a supply house. What ever happened to the customer is always right?

They didn't have a lot on the floor but at least they had everything that I needed what a surprise. The guy behind the counter was a riot wish I could meet more people like him
I was disappointed with my interaction with the branch manager, I thought he was rude. I was able to get the parts I wanted but it took 3 days. Order was wrong when I ordered the parts the first time. Took another day to get the right parts. 3 days total and too many trips.
