I am writing to let you know about a very disappointing experience I had this morning with the branch manager of the Portland Maine store. First let me start by saying I am 51 years old and I’ve been in the electrical industry since I was 18 Graybar was the first supply house that I ever shopped at. This company is so ridiculous. I’m doing a 4000 square-foot build out right now and I can’t even call them for pricing on lighting and then was informed by a guy on the customer service number that they’re five times more expensive, how would I know I can’t get pricing for anything. I’ve called three electrical supply stores so far and everybody just looked up the product and gave me a price, this place referred me to Home Depot where I know the overhead light I’m looking for is $130.
