It's first time I went there. They were very courteous and professional and I got done what I needed with my car, prices were very fair.
Had a tire off the rim and told them we were trying to get to work. They took it right out of the back of the truck and fixed it immediately. Could not have been any happier with the service!
Got all 4 brand new tires on July 20th. Had a blowout 8 weeks later. Took the tire to them on Friday and the short manager lady said she would warranty it on Wednesday. We offered to let her look at the tire first but she did not. My wife showed up for the new tire and the lady went ballistic. She didn’t even try to start calmly, just immediately screaming at my wife and calling her a liar, saying she drove on the tire while it was flat. From Macon, mind you. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
Great place of business with honest dedicated staff and employees with great work ethics and very honest. They figure out the problems and not just make things up or put unnecessary parts on the vehicles if it's not needed. They explain why and what was wrong and what's needed to fix it correctly. I'd choose gray tire everytime highly recommend from tires to full mechanical work.
Called right before I came told them what needed to be check specifically, and I spent 80 dollars for no reason for them not to tell me anything but they took codes off my car and guess what the CODES ARE STILL ON THERE. This tire shop is the worst and lies make sure your car is completely done before leaving I promise you they don’t try they best.
