Customer service could use some work. My second visit to this doctor for a checkup and they ordered blood work. They bring to another room in their office and they draw blood. Later I get a full bill saying the lab was out of network. I called the office to ask why they didn't say anything about it being out of network since I had to give them my insurance info.
