I recently had major work done at Gray Jeep, including an engine replacement, radiator, thermostat, and full cooling system flush. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Paul, the service manager, became my advocate and made sure my ProGuard warranty was fully honored — something I truly appreciate. Terrible almost destroyed my truck with negligence. They put 14 quarts of oil in my ram 1500, when it clear only 7. They said they did a oil change on my truck, well my truck was running very werid after I picked it up. I checked the oil and it was way over. So changed the oil and ended up taking out 14 quarts of oil. On top of it all, they never changed my oil the oil filter was the one I had on previous.
