The negligence of this facility has resulted in unnecessary death.

Meds here have been being 1-3 hours late for the last two or three weeks plug in sparks fly off with fire in room 29 over my bed so I don't use the plug in. The food is better here then most places it's cleaner yet the amount of food is less and this place can't make up it's mind on what it wants to be a nursing home or home for the aged or assisted living our doors are unsecure here right down to one being plexiglass and the dining room being unwelded they first tell you to keep your side of the room neat and tidy then won'... read more
Trashy place that gives the bare minimum to there residents I wouldn't reccomend putting anybody there
