I had a lovely experience at Gray Reid Gallery! My partner bought a beautiful ring there, but unfortunately, a ruby fell out. The team was incredibly understanding and promptly replaced it without any hassle. I also took my own ring in for resizing, and they did it beautifully and very quickly. I've just started receiving spam from Grey Reid Gallery, re: your 'new web site and online shop'. I never ever consent to receiving marketing emails – and I always make damn sure any business knows this when my email is given to them. GRG would have received my data as part of a sale transaction, and nothing more. I suggest you do some refresher training on personal data consent, spam, privacy and data protection. There's plenty of free information out there if you can be bothered looking for it.
