The employees are wonderful however the owner Nick, has an exaggerated sense of self importance and is downright rude. The way he speaks to those around him is disturbing. Would give zero stars if it was an option.
My wife and I went to a showing in an apartment listed in Exeter. A couple of hours before the showing, they called to inform us it was actually in Epping. They claimed Zillow wouldn’t allow Epping as a listing option…weird, there are other listings in Epping! We went nonetheless as you never know what opportunities are available till you explore them. Grey Property was livable for my first year renting but new management was rude and unhelpful addressing maintence for many months. Eventually when conditions became unlivable for a pregnant woman, instead of addressing concerns, Grey offered harrassment with a side of a predatory buyout fee before immediately renting out my unit during my lease! Make sure to ask them to disclose the extent of the rat infestations if you plan to rent from them!!
Gray property has been hit and cold over the past year. I have seen a huge shift over the past couple months for the better. It looks like Nick has cleaned house and put great leadership in place that actually works towards solving problems timely and efficiently. Their communication has also improved. Shout out to Mike for all the hard work since you took over handling maintenance. I have spoken with the other tenants and everyone is very happy with your teams performance. Keep it up guys.
