Unbeknownst to us, they sold us lot in a section that was not even approved yet. It’s been one year since we were rushed into MULTIPLE deposits, and there has been no progress! I feel we we were duped, unknowingly sold an un permitted pile of dirt! Excuse after excuse, but only if you ask, otherwise, you won’t hear any updates! Our build process was painful. In December 2021, we signed for a “Quick Move-In” home with an estimated close of late February/early March 2022. We were pushed 4 separate times. We even made it as far as receiving our close date for the end of June only to have it changed on us about a week before. We had to scramble to change our date with movers and deliveries. We had our rate lock expire and were told that their lender would cover the extensions for us. Two days before closing we still had not received our final documents... read more

SCAM! They will promise you to build home, then delay in the name of permits, then cancel your contract without your approval and take all your deposits. Just a scam company nothing else. I reached out to their VP too, so disregard the comment reply they do to email at some address, nothing helps.
