Been a client for approximately 15 years. Suddenly all communication has been dropped. No calls returned, no emails, nothing. Showed up at establishment and all closed up and have moved. No forwarding address and no way to reach them. Not the way to do business.
Will never do business or recommend to anyone. Dropped my tax information off to Bill Gray late March, to where he told me we would have them filed in time. For almost 3 months, he told me they would be done “this week” but always ignored my texts/calls after that. Had to beg for a response to see if I even had an extension filed. After that, wouldn’t respond to calls or text. Huge shoutout to Mr. Bill McCrone. He may be my least favorite annual appointment but he makes it enjoyable and is very helpful!
I never received a copy of the forms filed after Bill Gray had to adjust how my daughter was being claimed. I still don't know if he ever even filed my taxes like he claims. I've sent numerous emails and called multiple times with no response. At this point I have to consider hiring an attorney just to find out if my taxes were ever done or get copies of anything.
