I had two different assessments, one for ADHD and one for Autism. Both evaluations were clear on pricing or close enough that it wasn’t a problem. The staff or clinicians, technicians, and staff were very supportive throughout this process. Once I moved over to the therapy side of the practice, my therapist was great although she left, I’m just sad we only had one session to process this termination.
Had an appointment scheduled for DEC 30th at 6PM. They send me the forms to fill out barely and hour before hand, and then reschedule my appointment all together. Can’t even reach them by phone. Unprofessional behavior. I will be going anywhere else but here.
I had an appointment today and I was a little worried after reading these reviews but it was a very nice experience. Everyone was nice and things got done perfectly, so don’t be discouraged by the other reviews :)
WARNING: CANCELATION POLICY 8 DAYS Their cancelation policy is 6 buisness days! They require 48 buisness hours notice. They are open M-F 9am to 5pm. That is 8 buisness hours per day. Meaning that 48 buisness hours is 6 buisness days notice. They never operate on weekends, so they require 8 DAYS notice to avoid a cancelation fee. I’m very surprised to see the poor reviews on this place. I had an excellent experience. I was actually referred here by a coworker. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. I confirmed that they received my insurance before my son got evaluated. They did accept it and I didn’t even have to pay a copayment. I was assisted in getting an accommodation for my son to have assisted learning at school. The doctor told me exactly what he would qualify for and how it would be helpful to his academic success.
