My dad took his HP laptop to gray mater because it had viruses. ( My dad like many people his age in paradise is not computer savvy) they removed the viruses and didn't explain how he got them or how to avoid them. So the problem reoccurred. Then, he got a message saying he had an illegal copy of Windows. So he brought it back. They said it would costs 175. They took longer than they said to "fix" it. We have used Gray Matter Computing in both our locations for years. I had a new employee, and they brought some software in from home. Well, something happened. And the computers at one location stopped working with our program. We could not print a memorial folder for a service that was going to happen the next morning! It was an emergency. I have had computers for years. It is always great when they work right, and when they work when you need them the most. It is also great to know a company that takes care of business the old fashioned way. I called Gray Matter Computing and a live person answered the phone. No waiting on hold. No "your call is very important to us" voicemail. They actually pick up the phone and talk to you! They spoke English and did not talk over my head.
