I came in there with a picture of my intake valve to my downstairs toilet that was leaking. Showed the man, I felt like with his eyes closed, He grabbed the part off the shelf. Said this is what you need. Told me how to do it. I went home. I did everything he told me and now I have a working toilet. I love Gray's hardware!
Always find what I need and the employees are attentive and knowledgeable. They have less options on certain things but definitely good quality materials.
Good people. Close to home. Could use more stuff, but over all it's very good.
