Unit was dirty
This facility is not secure, our unit has been broken into 2 times and the owners are doing nothing about it. They told us file an insurance claim and replace our stuff. The gates are constantly "stuck open" allowing anyone to wonder inside and climb thru open units to go through your stuff and take what they want. The mngmnt will not return phone calls when needed to secure video footage. very poorly run and no customer service whatsoever.
Owners let the place get broke into and then claim not responsible for anything stolen. Owners are crooks.
