Be forewarned that this company does not check water shutoff valves for functionality. I learned this the hard way when a pipe bursted in my new home. It was then that I discovered that the valve that they photographed did not work, it was glued open by the contractor when it was installed. If their inspector has actually checked the valve to ascertain if it was operational, I could have avoided further water damage to my home.
