This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a service company. I originally hired Gray Heating & Air Conditioning to remove and reinstall my furnace. After they removed it, it took them an entire week just to give me an appointment to put it back. Absolutely terrible experience. I called Gray Heating & Air Conditioning on a Friday with an urgent request to fix my AC unit during a heatwave. The woman in the office, Reyna, told me the soonest they could send someone was Tuesday. Since I had no cooling in my home, I had to pay out of pocket to stay in a hotel for several nights. They're lucky they got a one star the only reason they got a 1 star is because I couldn't place a review without pushing on the star the charge initial charge $89 for service call the charge an additional $40 to pick up the part then they charge you another $89 to install the part and don't even have the good graces to clean your furnace as a part of the service would never recommend them to anyone.
