Service 0/10! J’me suis fait dire qu’un technicien “si on peux apeller les gard qui travaille la des technicien” Etais pour m’apeller pour venir faire un service call! Ils ne m’ont j’amaid rapeller! J’ai rapeller ils m’ont dit la même paprasse! Jamais fait rapeller! 2semaine! Gang de poche! Vous vouler du bon service! Apeller SERVICE PROMARC! Eux! Y vont la job! Sont bon et efficace!
I'm not even sure I should be giving a single star to Gray Hawk considering I have actually never dealt with them. They installed central air in the summer of 2019 in the home that I purchased in 2020. The system was less than a year old when I moved in. It was not working, and so I took the number off of the unit. I called Gray Hawk and they told me they couldn't come out for over a month. This was the beginning of summer. Had a very good service call by Stephane from Grayhawk. Clean, efficient and extremely thorough. He had a coop student named Noah with him who was very polite, eager to work & he also had a great rapport with the understudy. Thanks Stephane, Noah as well as Joey for always being so accommodating with regards to any requests we spring on him.
